These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the official MoreAdaptBSB website (www.moreadapt.com). By accessing or using the website, users agree to use it in accordance with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. About the website

The website provides information about the MoreAdaptBSB project, its partners, pilot areas, activities, Geoportal / web-based tool, Story Maps, GIS/map resources, project outputs, media material, publications and communication resources.

The full project title is: Less vulnerability, more adaptability – pilot remote sensing-assisted restoration of green spaces in coastal and urban areas within the Black Sea region. The project is implemented under the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme 2021-2027 and is co-funded by the European Union.

4. Permitted use

Reproduction is authorised, provided the source is acknowledged and any changes are indicated. Where a specific publication, photo, video, map, dataset, GIS file or third-party material includes different rights, credits or restrictions, those specific terms prevail.

Users should not remove logos, credits, funding acknowledgements, disclaimers or copyright notices from project material.

6. Use of logos and visual identity

The Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme logo, European Union visibility elements, project logo and partner logos may be protected marks and must be used only in accordance with the applicable visual identity and visibility rules.

Users must not recreate, stretch, recolour, distort, modify or use official logos in a misleading way. Any use of logos outside the context of the project may require prior approval.

7. Geoportal / web-based tool

The website may provide access to the project Geoportal / web-based tool, available at: https://moreadapt.eu/

The Geoportal may be embedded in the website or opened through an external link. Use of the Geoportal may be subject to additional technical, data, map, licensing or platform terms. Users should follow any notices or instructions displayed on the Geoportal page.

8. Story Maps, GIS files and map resources

The website may host or link to Story Maps, GIS files, map layers, downloadable geospatial files, PDFs, images and related technical notes produced by project partners, surveyors or technical experts.

Such material is provided for information, dissemination and project documentation purposes. It should not be treated as official cadastral, legal, engineering, safety or planning advice unless expressly stated by the responsible authority.

Users who download or reuse GIS/map material must preserve the relevant source, credits, date, version and usage restrictions.

9. Publications, downloads and resources
